She nurtures brand assets, kick-starts distribution for new brands, reboosts international expansion for existing ones, and revitalizes mature brands. Having been in charge of buying brands for more than 6 years, she knows how to encapsulate a brand's uniqueness in a condensed and structured form to reach immediate high levels of both appeal and commercial impact.
She uses her talent in articulating thoughts when signing up new contracts, coming up with new ideas, writing content or animating panel discussions. Throughout her career, she has held marketing, communication, sales and strategic planning jobs. After graduating from l'ESSEC, she worked 15 years at American Express in a variety of countries and roles and 11 years in retail luxury for Bongénie in Switzerland.
She has become an expert in the beauty industry. But not only, in 2021, she decided to learn the health sector. Branding strategy is her specialty. Client personas and client experience, her passion. Commercial development, her base camp. Content creation and communication, her natural setting. Her clients consultancy missions take her into a variety of market routes and languages. Her mastering of 5 languages is a unique advantage.
Her favourite book is the Pyramid Principle by Barbara Minto, the quintessential of a person who has clarity of mind.
